How is it that you are so witty yet find yourself without friends? Do you make friends easily on the net because there’s a buffer or safety zone in the anonimity? I have a lot of friends that I don’t reach out to, but who would put up with anything from me… including my mental issues (or subscriptions). I hope you can find some friends like that. People you know will be there for you through thick and thin. I think you’re worth it.

sorry I kind of new to this group, but I would appreciate you describing exactly what you feel while self-harming.
Your blog has helped me a lot not to feel so fucking lonely. Strangers can get extremely close when they find so many things in common. Keep it up, you’re doing the hard work but I’m here depending (somehow) on you…. Does that sound too heavy for you? Hope not.

I found your blog this week, and I just want to thank you for writing it.
One of my dearest friends has been struggling with depression, and who knows what else, lately. Some of your posts remind me of him, and help me understand what he goes through and some of his more baffling behaviour. This give me patience and empathy (not typically my strongest qualities, but I’m working to cultivate them).
Please know that you are contributing to the world and helping others…just by being yourself and doing what you love, writing this, writing other things, sharing yourself with all of us.
